·         Basically an Engineer with proficient in Desktop OS like Windows 7 & XP.

·         Proficient in English with good communication.

·         Good knowledge on Basic hardware, Networking, Trouble shooting, handling remote support tools.

·         Skill set on different office productivity applications.
