HP is seeking to identify highly motivated and qualified individuals for various future opportunities as Technical Solutions Representative.

Scope:
  
                    Technical Support Representative is responsible for providing technical support to HP customers. The work location will be GRTP (Whitefield) or Surya Park (E C) which can change depending upon the business requirements. She/he will be required to work in shifts and can be aligned to any of these geographies:
 
1.    AME (America)
2.    UK&I (United Kingdom & Ireland)
3.    RSA (Republic of South Africa)
4.    INDIA
5.    SEA/SPR (Malaysia, Philippines, Singapore, Australia, New Zealand).
 
Skills & Knowledge:
 
                         Technical Support Representative should be well versed with operating systems and Hardware Components. He /She should upgrade technical skills with changing technology and should acquire technical certifications as per the business & career development.
 
 
Key Responsibilities:
 
Ø  Generally responsible for resolving operating system / Hardware (Desktops/Notebooks) & Network related issues.
Ø  Expected to follow the Work Instructions as per geography to meet operational metrics.
Ø  Expected to provide E2E support to customers for better customer experience.

Qualifications

 
Education and Experience Required:
 
Graduate with 0-3 years of general experience, or equivalent combination of experience.
 
Knowledge and Skills:
  • Superior skills in both written and verbal communication.
  • Experience in customer facing role either remote or face to face.
  • Computer proficiency with applicable software applications (for example Microsoft Office, CAD, Adobe Suite, programming.
  • Problem solving skills.
  • Accuracy in data entry.
  • Excellent fluency in language to be supported.
  • Experience in a phone based remote role, e-support or e-chat.
  • Familiarity with computer technology.
  • Knowledgeable in call routing and case management processes as well as case logging systems and obligation systems
  • Understands internal processes and tools
  • Knowledge of Knowledge Management Systems and appropriate documentation to the system
