Skills:
·         Coding in any Object Oriented Programming (OOP) language
·         Strong logic & math skills
·         Self-motivated and the ability to complete work timely and efficiently
·         Accuracy, attention to detail & a client service mind-set
 
Past Experience:
·         0-2 years of experience in CPG (or related) industry preferred (industry can be different)
·         Previous experience of working with MS Excel (advanced)
·         Good knowledge of any OOP (Object Oriented Programming) language
 
Qualifications/Degrees Preferred:
Bachelor’s degree in any discipline.
Formal training/Certificate course in any OOP language 
Job Location: Maharashtra - Mumbai
Shift Timings: 11 am - 8.00 pm
Roles & Responsibilities:
Purpose:
Sales Solutions Group (SSG) is further broken into verticals like:
-       Trade & Pricing Analytics (TPA)
-       Trade Marketing (TM)
-       Regional Capabilities (RC)
 
The said position is in the Tool Development team that caters to all of the above 
mentioned verticals. The Tool Development team in Mumbai works towards adding 
value & saving hours by automating reports, making templates, developing 
tools & so on.
 
Accountabilities:
·         Understanding the business process & goals of the team which would help the incumbent carry out the day to day activities with a sense of direction
·         Automate reports as per brief given which would help to save hours
·         Developing tools which would assist analysis of data from multiple sources.
·         Making templates which would help planning & tracking process across verticals
·         Working with manager to prioritize workload across customer teams
·         Forge relationships with SSG team members & clients in Minneapolis to ensure smooth day to day functioning
·         Knowledge share across different verticals within SSG & across the organization
   to find synergies & improve processes
