Core Talent Services
The Core Talent Services is the HR services center for the U.S. organization across all regions. An arm of the Talent group, they undertake the entire spectrum of HR service offerings from sourcing to exit management. Some of those activities are job offer rollout, onboarding newly hired professionals, employee care, database management, year-end compensation activities, and exit management. The Talent Support Center has progressed from providing transactional services to value-add services and they offer end-to-end HR services and solutions.
Reporting and Analytics
Reporting and Analytics is the hub of the Deloitte Talent Data Centre, helping the US Firms' and US India Offices with their Talent data and analytical needs.
The data we provide and our consultative services are used by different groups of the firm to drive people strategy in terms of the following (and not limited to):
• Headcount Forecast
• Hiring
• Retention

Key Job Responsibilities
· Ensure quality of all standard Human Resources function and firmwide reports. The frequency of standard reporting varies by report
· Serve as a backup resource for Sr. Analyst for all standard HR reporting.
· Work on ad hoc data requests from internal clients as delegated by US HR R&A or HR Data Center Manager, often within tight deadlines (e.g., immediate turnaround). Clients may be individuals in Human Resources or other functions/departments within Deloitte
· Work with clients to understand the business issue they are trying to research and their deadlines
· Research and determine the data required to meet the request
· Identify appropriate data sources (databases, files, etc.)
· Run data queries/create data tables
· Review data to detect any data integrity issues (i.e., identify illogical results, etc.)
· Manage client expectations about the type of information available, the complexity of the data request, and when the results can be received
· Design and develop new reports
· Summarize findings/implications of surveys
· Follow instructions and processes outlined by HR Research & Analytics management (reporting authority)
Key Skills
· Must be able to prioritize and manage projects, often working under tight deadlines
· Must have strong communication skills (oral and written) to clarify data requests, escalate data issues, and writing analyses
· Must have strong organization skills to manage workload, which may involve working on multiple projects, data requests, or reports concurrently
· Strong analytical skills to analyze data and identify trends, and present findings/results can be beneficial
· Must be able to create data tables, required for standard and ad hoc reports
· Must be able to use Microsoft PowerPoint to present findings
· Good Knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite (Access, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)
