To build on our success we are looking for an Associate Engineer Level 1.

In order to achieve this we have dedicated teams of engineers on standby to help our clients plan, build, support and manage their IT infrastructures.

As an Associate Engineer at Dimension Data, you will be tasked with developing configurations and installations, as well as solving technical problems of a medium complexity. You will work closely with and be under the supervision of engineers and senior engineers.

What we will expect you to do: 
  • You will be required to take responsibility for parts of an installation and problem management.
  • We will need you to develop a basic understanding of technical design principles, fundamental project management and administration processes.
  • You will need to support the technical service desk under supervision by providing telephonic, remote and on-site support to our clients.

In conclusion, we need you to support the engineering team to ensure that our client's hardware and software is operational.
