Qualification :
BE/ B.Tech candidates from 2013 batch with an aggregate of 70% and above.
Job Responsibilities :
Review processes on a regular basis to remove redundancies and ensure optimization of employed resources
Plan dependencies and processes per roll-out schedule for all new initiatives in existing as well as proposed lines of business
Support business acceleration models – transition and “off-shoring” of title and closing business processes
Support transition project for setting up offshore work share processes for dministrative services with various clients
Support set up of a hybrid model (off and on shore) for new domain intensive business processes
Miscellaneous business initiatives, projects, audit & compliance related activities
Document process changes/ new processes in existing as well as proposed lines of business
KRA :
Identify, crystallize and present opportunities for process improvement and collaborate with the production team for implementation
Support implementation and initial process hand-holding for the production team
Ensure readiness of implementation plans, dependency mapping and road map charting well in time for production kickoffs for new processes/ geographies
Monitor the requirements, framework conditions & progress of projects
Track key project parameters and milestones
Ensure process compliance with relevant state laws and practices
Perform process audit from time to time to ensure adherence to defined standards
Skills ( Mandatory) : SQL and Analytical Skills
Salary Range : INR 3.2 Lacs P.A
Required Profile :
Willing to work in rotational shifts.
Immediate Joiners will be preferred.
