Job Description and requirement:
Required Technical Skills:
• Knowledge of Computer hardware, Operating Systems , Networking , Internet usage and should
be technical savvy. Knowledge of browsers and internet based applications.
• Problem solving skills in Technical troubleshooting environment.
Communication Skills :
Excellent Communication skills in Internet usage and in technical English language
(Spoken, written and troubleshooting comprehension with no strong MTI)
Key points :  
1.   Separate shifts for female employees.
2.   Free Accommodation in company guest House for the first 15 days.
3.   One time travel reimbursement from base location till Teleperformance  office at the time of joining.
4.   6 days working/ Rotational Offs with “Good work Bonus Off” Policy i.e. If a candidate
 complete 192 Hrs. in 26 working Days He\She is eligible for 2 more week-offs for the next months.
5.   Reimbursement is done for travel expenses occurred in relocation (max- 700/-)
Selection Process : Written → Group Discussion → interviews  → Offer rollout

1.   Students must carry one hard copy of resume, 3-4 Passport size photographs (recent) 
and College ID Card.
2.   All the students should appear for interview in formal dress .
3.   All the students are required to carry their all qualification documents  starting from 10th Class.
